                Glenrock Water Replacement Project

Notice is hereby given, that the Town of Glenrock, Wyoming will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM, Local Time July 16th, 2025, for the Glenrock Water Replacement Project.

The project generally involves the replacement of existing ductile iron water mains along 4th Street and branching streets from Cedar Street to the cemetery in Glenrock. The water mains will be replaced with 8-inch and 12-inch PVC, including all associated service connections and fire hydrants. Additionally, the clay sanitary sewer main in 4th Street will be replaced, along with the existing manholes. Stormwater inlets will be replaced and connected to the existing network with 15-inch HDPE. Sidewalks and curb and gutters will be replaced where necessary. The roadway will be repaired with trench patches in areas of pipe installation, followed by a mill and overlay. Select sections of the roadway will require full-depth reconstruction.

All eligible Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the 219 South 3rd Street, PO Box 417, Glenrock, Wyoming 82637, at the above stated time. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening thereof. The Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, will not be considered.

A MANDATORY Pre‑Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, Local Time July 9th, 2025, at the Town Hall 219 South 3rd Street, PO Box 417, Glenrock, Wyoming 82637.  A site tour may be held to review the Project following this conference. Attendance in the Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY for Contractors who wish to be considered qualified and/or responsible.
