CONVERSE COUNTY SHOOTING RANGE COMPLEX
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES
Converse County, Wyoming is now accepting Proposals for Project Management associated with the Converse County Shooting Range Complex Improvement Project. Proposals will be received and publicly read at the Converse County Courthouse on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. The Project generally consists of: 1) Coordination of a full needs, security, and safety assessment of the Shooting Range and Douglas Trap Club Range with associated boards or designees; 2) Coordination with contractors and/or engineering firm(s) when applicable for site survey and development of specifications, plans, estimated costs, and applicable bidding and construction documents; 3) Oversight/management of all associated work, including but not limited to shooting range(s) repairs, accessory structures, and appurtenances; stormwater drainage; access; restrooms; fencing/gates; signage; ADA accessibility; and debris on site; 4) Complete fee schedule for Project Management services, including hourly rate and reimbursable expenses, all in the interest of the public good. Final specifications must comply with BLM land use terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided to selected respondent. A non-mandatory site tour will be held on March 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. local time. Parties interested in submitting a proposal are strongly encouraged to attend. All information for the Project is available on the Converse County website at https://conversecountywy.gov/Bids . Proposals must be clearly marked “Converse County Shooting Range Complex Improvement Project” and delivered to the attention of the County Clerk, 107 N. 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, WY 82633. Proposals cannot be changed or withdrawn after the submittal deadline, and handwritten notations or corrections will not be allowed. Any and all costs related to the preparation and submittal of a proposal are the sole responsibility of the party submitting said proposal. The County may conduct interviews of the top-ranking Proposals in order to make a final selection. The successful Proposal will be approved by the County Commissioners for authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for the Project. The County reserves the right to reject all Proposals and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in this Proposal. Acceptance of any Proposal submitted pursuant to this Request for Proposal will not constitute any implied intent to enter into a contract agreement.
