All qualified electors shall receive a mail-in ballot pursuant to W.S. 22-29-116(a)(iii). Qualified electors may request a replacement ballot pursuant to 22-29-116(vi) and vote in person at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, 107 N 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, WY, 82633, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the election date stated above.

INSTRUCTIONS: To vote for a person whose name is printed on the ballot, mark the square immediately to the right of the name of that person.  To vote for a person whose name is NOT printed on the ballot, write that person’s name in the blank space provided for that purpose and mark the square immediately to the right of the name of that person you have written in.

For any ballot to be counted, the completed ballot and affidavit (if applicable) must be sealed inside the self-addressed return envelope. The certification on the back of the ballot envelope must be completed by the qualified elector whose ballot is in the envelope. Sealed ballot envelopes must be mailed or hand delivered to the Converse County Clerk’s Office, 107 N. 5th Street, Douglas, WY 82633, and must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 17, 2026. Any ballot envelope received after this date and time shall not be opened or counted.  (W.S. §22-29-113)
