NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S SETTLEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of October 2024, final settlement will be made by the County of Converse, State of Wyoming, for and on account of the contract of said Straight Stripe Painting, Inc. for the furnishing and installation of Improvements to Converse County Airport, State Project No. ADG007A, 2024 Seal Coat & Mark Pavements, County of Converse, and the State of Wyoming, and that any person co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid claim against said Straight Stripe Painting, Inc. for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provision, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of such final settlement on said October 14, 2024, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with Converse County Airport, 229 WY Highway 59, Douglas, WY 82633.

Failure on the part of a claimant to file such statement prior to such final settlement will relieve said Converse County and Converse County Airport from all and any liability for such claimant’s claim.
