Notice to Bidders

The Town of Glenrock is requesting bids for demolition of the All American Motel located on Aspen Street, between 6th and 4th Streets. This demolition includes a mobile home. The second demolition will include all buildings known as the Glenrock Motel located on Birch and 3rd Streets. All material will be hauled to the Casper Landfill, tipping fees and transportation will be billed to the Glenrock Landfill District. Demolition will start on October 9th, 2017 and needs to be completed by November 6, 2017. All basements and crawl spaces concrete wall and floors must be removed and filled with clean fill. The last 2 feet of fill will be top soil. A mandatory pre bid for demolition will be held on August 25th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Bids will be sealed and mailed or hand delivered to the Town of Glenrock by September 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Mail bids to Town of Glenrock, P.O. Box 417 Glenrock, Wyoming 82637, or hand delivered to 219 South 3rd Street, Glenrock, Wyoming. Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
