NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Converse County, Owner, has been advised that work on the Ayres Natural Bridge Irrigation Replacement Project is substantially complete according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Owner and the Contractor, and that the Contractor, Cheeney Landscaping, Inc., is entitled to final settlement therefore. All persons, firms or corporations who have claims for work done or material furnished on such work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to said Contractor. Payment will be made on the 41st day after publication of this Notice. The Owner will pay the Contractor the full amount due under said contract after July 28, 2025 if all Punch List items have been completed.
