NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A portion of the SE ¼, Section 5, Township 33 N, Range 75 W of the 6th P.M., Converse County, Wyoming,
containing approx. 6.58 acres, from original deed recorded June 26, 1978 in Bk 665, P. 452; This Assessor’s acct. no. 00091168 was sold to Glen Blackburn on August 6, 2018 for taxes due Converse County for the tax year 2017, which Tax Sale Certificate of Purchase was assigned to Asset Holdings, Ltd. In July, 2022. That said real estate is taxed in the name of Commerce Bank, Custodian FBO Hall Collier IRA, 6455 Bixby Terrace Drive, Long Beach CA 90815; that the time for redemption expired on August 6, 2022. However, those claiming an interest in the property may redeem it by paying the delinquent taxes until a tax deed is issued, which will be after March 20, 2023. The undersigned as owner of the Certificate of Purchase #8224 will apply to the County Treasurer of Converse County for a deed pursuant to law. There are no special assessments for local or public improvements.
