NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRADE OF PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Glenrock is considering a proposal to exchange land pursuant to WSS 15-1-112(a) . This is an exchange with Converse County, Wyoming. The following described town land is being considered for exchange by the Town of Glenrock: Lot 4 Meadowlark Addition No. 3. In exchange, the Town of Glenrock would acquire property from Converse County aggregating approximately 8.333 acres. This exchange would be completed on an equal value basis. Interested parties may submit comments concerning the proposed exchange, including notification of any liens, encumbrances, or other claims relating to the lands being considered for exchange.
