SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

TAKE NOTICE that Linda Jean Evans, Angela L. Evans and Eli D. Evans, have filed an Application pursuant to the provisions of W.S. §2-1-205, for Summary Distribution as heirs of Samuel Owen Evans, deceased, in the following property to-wit: Lot 21, Block 1, Sunup Ridge Addition to the Town of Glenrock, Converse County, Wyoming, as recorded in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide No. 31 in the Office of the Converse County Clerk.

If no one disputes the right and title to the property being established in the beneficiaries, the Court will consider this Application following the publication of this notice.
