PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET ORDINANCE:  At 5:30PM, Mayor Roumell opened public hearing.  No public comments.  Closed public hearing at 5:31PM.  Mayor Roumell called the council meeting to order at 5:31PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance. All elected officials were in attendance.  ADDITIONS/DELETIONS:  None.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  CP Nunn moved to approve minutes for April 28, 2025 Council Meeting and May 5, 2025 Work Session; seconded by CP Dalgarn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  OLD BUSINESS:  None. NEW BUSINESS:  Open Container Permit – Tad Anderson.  CP Nunn moved to approve the Open Container Permit for Tad Anderson; seconded by CP Kincaid.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  24-Hour Catering Permit and Resolution 2025-5:  Blanket Open Container for Deer Creek Days.  CP Kincaid moved to approve the 24-Hour Catering Permit for Deer Creek Lounge and Resolution 2025-5:  Blanket Open Container Permit for Deer Creek Days; seconded by CP Nunn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  Resolution 2025-6:  Cancelling Council Meeting.  CP Dalgarn moved to approve Resolution 2025-6; seconded by CP Nunn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  Ordinance 754 – Budget Ordinance for FY 25/26.  CP Nunn moved to approve Ordinance 754; seconded by CP Dalgarn.  CP Colling nay, all others ayes - MOTION CARRIED.  Ordinance 755 – Changing Number of Members of Planning and Zoning Commission.  CP Dalgarn moved to approve Ordinance 755; seconded by CP Kincaid.  Discussion ensued.  CP Dalgarn amended motion to approve Ordinance 755 with the understanding that some changes may take place before next reading; seconded by CP Kincaid.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  BILLS & CLAIMS: Bills/Claims Approved May 12, 2025.  5 Aces Printing 2271.00; Valli Information Systems 809.09; Town of Glenrock 1081.77; Staples 184.19; Alsco 282.59; Amazon Capital Services 596.29; Overhead Door 21464.25; Menards 561.65; Price Cleaning Service 1420.00; NAPA 614.28; Glenrock Hardware Hank 445.98; Industrial Chem Labs 596.10; Cues Inc. 29.07; Hawkins 20.00; Core & Main 7422.00; Grainger 209.18; Crum Electric 168.34; Converse County Weed & Pest 1436.69; Wyoming Machinery 398.56; Energy Laboratories 340.00; Verizon 1601.19; It’s the Little Things in Life 540.00; Crossroads 32.00; Rocky Mountain Power 6966.00; Mountain West 67.95; PDS 843.65; Century Link 388.53; Century Link 534.04; Western Skies Technology 12000.00; Williams, Porter, Day & Neville 2037.00; Lecticon 250.00; Dell Technologies 414.70; Patriot Tire 110.00; Stormie Schifferns 999.32.  Claims totaling $67,135.41.  CP Nunn moved to amend motion to include additional check; seconded by CP Colling.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  At 6:05PM, CP Nunn moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded by CP Dalgarn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  ADJOURNMENT:  6:05PM.
