December 8, 2025

Mayor Roumell called the council meeting to order at 5:30PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance. All elected officials were in attendance. Chief Felton promoted Jesse Richards to Sergeant and presented him with stripes.  ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: None.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  CP Nunn moved to approve minutes for November 24, 2025 Council Meeting as presented; seconded by CP Kincaid.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  OLD BUSINESS:  Ordinance 755 – Ordinance Approving the Revelyn Addition– Second Reading.  CP Dalgarn moved to approve Ordinance 755 on second reading; seconded by CP Colling.   All Ayes – MOTION CARRIED. NEW BUSINESS:  24-Hour Malt Beverage / Catering permit – Deer Creek Lounge: CP Dalgarn moved to approve the 24-Hour Malt Beverage / Catering Permit; seconded by CP Nunn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.
