Marhaba! Hello in Arabic from the Library!

We will be celebrating “Love My Library Week” with a bang this year! It officially is set for Feb. 14-20, but we have started a little bit early by having a contest to see who will come the closest to guessing the number of hearts in our jar. Come in and take a guess. The winner will be announced on Feb. 20 to close our week. We will be having our popcorn machine going all week long.

Can it be! Is it true? I think the community cooks are in the last stage. The library is taking orders. There are three different versions, there is the CD, the book or the file box. The cost is $10 for each. You may get as many as you think you’ll need. Come in and get your name on the order sheet to assure that you will get one.

Read Me A Story for Feb. 6–13 is No Moon No Milk by Chris Babcock. This week we have one of our community members, Trish Popovitch, reading this enchanting story about a farmer and his reluctant cow. Dial 436-2353 and listen to this charming story. If you want to read for “Read Me a Story” come in and find out what it’s all about, or you may stop Trish and ask her! Thank you, Trish.
