Hola!! Hello in Spanish from the library!

On July 21, a crowd of over 50 packed the library for the final program of the summer reading. Awards were given, food was eaten and games were played.

The awards were handed out for the top readers in each age group. For the story-time and the hours read/listened to are: Vivian Smith with 20 hours, Anna Grant with 20 hours, Nikolai Popovitch with 24 hours and Christen Tack with 44 hours. For the juvenile group there is Jordan Carlson with 42 hours, Bridger Tack with 45 hours and Lauren Gates with 46 hours. For the teen group there is Chris Daniels with 24 hours, Jessica Grant with 45 hours and Ivy Engel with 176 hours.

For the attendance awards we had in the story time group, Nikolai Popovitch, Isaac Schulte and Mya Wieser. For the juvenile group: Becky Chapman, Dane Moore and Leone Scott. For the teens we have Ethan Benson and George Bearfield.

The Big Kahuna award went to Isaac Schulte. They had 170 kids sign up and 117 read.

The winners for the door prizes were Stephanie German, Samantha Genoff, Judy Weidner, Jan Reiter, and Jane Niemitalo. There will be a book sale on Aug. 2.

For Read Me A Story: July 31 to Aug. 7: Simon Finds a Treasure by Gilles Tibo. They will be going back to their normal reader but they want to thank each of the kids who read this summer and for giving their time. The eight are Ivy Engel, Chelsea Thibodeau, Enoch Williams, Chelsea Hiser, Kaitlyn Hiser, Jessica Grant, Mara Dority and Amanda Dority. So, pick up the phone and keep listen to a really good stories! The number is 436-2353.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Closed Sundays.
