County approves 2010-11 budget

Fourteen yes votes later, and $43.7 million is offi cially appropriated.

The Converse County commissioners held a special budget hearing July 19 in the district court room.

After hearing no objections and little public comment, they concluded the hearing in less than 10 minutes

They approved the $16 million general fund budget the following day in front of an even smaller crowd.
