Police report

Police responded to 150 calls from July 20-26. Arrests, citations, investigations and tales of the strange are listed with others below:

July 20

• Subjects were warned about being in Town Park after hours.
• An officer spoke with a subject that had claimed to be assaulted.

July 21

• A rollover was reported and emergency vehicles were dispatched.
• A dog was reported at large and was brought home.
• A report was filed about a dog bite.

July 22

• Samantha Kron, 23, Glenrock was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court.
• Tim Downey, 44, Longview, Texas, was cited for speeding.
• Ryan Rodgers, 25, Casper, was cited for speeding.
• Fire units were dispatched to a grass fire.
• Ronald Gallagher, 40, Casper, was arrested for a DUI after hitting two vehicles. No major injuries were reported.
• Dylan Norgaard, 22, of Glenrock was cited for an expired registration.

July 23

• Vandalism was reported.
• A written warning was issued for speed.
• Harold Potter, 47, Glenrock, was issued a citation for speeding.
• Miguel Blanco, 58, Fort Collins, Colo., was issued a citation for speeding.
• A written warning was issued for an expired registration.

July 24

• Brent Silsby, 36, Glenrock, was arrested for domestic battery.
• A wallet was found and placed in the lost and found.
• Byron McDermott, 38, of Agvanga, Calif., was issued a citation for speeding.
• Carmen Kramer, 27, Langdon, N.D., was issued a citation for speeding.

July 25

• Ryan Woods, 38, Colorado, was issued a citation for speeding.
• Ryan Degross, 39, Laramie, was issued a citation for speeding.
• Harold Morgan, 49, Guernsey, was issued citations for speeding and driving with a suspended license.
• Ralph Strodtbeck, 59, Glenrock, was issued a citation for a suspended license.
• Lloyd Stallman, 48, Glenrock, was issued a citation for speeding.

July 26

• Casey Willcox, 26, Glenrock, was issued citations for speeding and not having proof of insurance.
• Arthur Alphin, 62, Glenrock, was issued a citation for speeding.
• A case of assault was reported.
